Thermal – Spa

A Spa was developed in the Roman Empire and still takes place in the present time its use. The thermal water used is a spring water that has inherently a temperature of 20° C or warmer, because it springs from a depth of several thousand meters. Thermal water is rich in minerals such as sodium chloride, magnesium or iodine and thus has a high therapeutic effect. The warmth of the water relieves pain and inflammation. Your muscles will relax, and fibrous tissue is more elastic. The spa is also a popular application in rheumatic diseases.
