Healing Cleats

Healing cleats are therapy tunnels, where, for example, former workers from mines are treated. So especially respiratory diseases are treated. The therapeutic effect is due to the special composition of the air. Especially thanks to the constant air temperature (8° C), relatively high humidity (up to 98%), the dust and allergen freedom, increased calcium ion content and the slightly increased carbon dioxide content. The patient breathes in healing cleats the 8° C warm air, which is almost completely saturated with water. This air is heated as in the airways at 37° C. The dry air breathing deprives the tissue moisture, so that even the mucus can be better liquefied in the airways and coughed up more easily.
