Five Tibetans

The ‘Five Tibetans’ is a relatively simple combination of movements, developed by Tibetan monks and to slow the aging process. The exercises come from the Himalaya and enjoy in recent years in Western society becoming increasingly popular. They are very friendly and want to run about 20 to 30 minutes per day. They also serve to support meditation. Due to the consistent execution of the exercises, the body reserves are mobilized and thus increases vitality and energy.
