Feldenkrais – Therapy

The Feldenkrais therapy was developed by physicist Moshe Feldenkrais 1967. This body therapeutic method is a more playful variant to solve learn to muscle tension and avoid overloading joints. So poor posture can be corrected and pain are treated. The Feldenkrais therapy exercises everyday movements (walking, sitting, standing) and optimizes them to achieve a healthy posture. The patient takes the own movement more aware, is developing new patterns of movement and so gets a new access to his body.
