Asanas

Asanas physical exercises called static in nature, ie Postures. Proper breathing and conscious entering into the exercise are important. Also consciously holding and dissolving the exercise is important . The two major factors of the exercises are light and strong. If the Asanas are intended to develop the muscles, a dynamic breathing pattern is important. Through asanas are physical suppleness, vital force and harmonization of mind body and soul, and achieved a good body control.
