Alexander – Technique

A process developed by Frederick M. Alexander thought and relaxation model. Thinking, acting and feeling must be consistent, so that we use the existing inherently ability to move in harmony and tension/pain can be avoided. Thinking and motion sequences are optimized. The basis of the Alexander Technique, the way we make use of ourselves, determines the quality of our actions. Behavioral patterns are studied and bad habits avoided in order to reduce disturbance of natural body organization. The body will then be balance and energy is used more effectively.
