AHA – Fruit Acids

AHA is the short form for alpha hydroxy acid. This group of fruit acids include glycolic, the dairy, the lemon, the apple, the almond, and tartaric acid. Usually these acids are used in cosmetics for skin superficial peels that go beyond normal peeling out. Here, there are various degrees of strengths, depending on how much would be achieved. Experts do not recommend to use fruit acid creams regularly. Implemented as a treatment two to three times a year. Recommended is the short-term use in order to influence thickened horny layers and skin problems positively .
