La Stone Therapy
The La Stone Therapy is a technology developed in Arizona heat therapy that uses hot stones. There are smooth round lava stones are used which are heated to about 50° C. First, the patient is rubbed with fragrant oils. Then the hot stones are placed on energy centers of the body, just like some ice-cold marble stones. Thus, the body is stimulated by the hot-cold stimuli. During the further therapy, the patient is massaged with different sized stones. The La Stone therapy affects mainly muscle relaxant.
