Progressive Muscle – Relaxation

The Progressive Muscle Relaxation was developed by physiologists Jacobson. It is to relax the muscles a workout . The main muscle groups are systematically (=> progressiv) sequentially tense intentionally, again relaxed and loosened. This method is easy to learn for everyone and can provide mental and physical relaxation and peace, as muscular tension state to be reduced. Here, the respective muscles of the body halves always sequentially tense (only right forearm, then left forearm, then right biceps, then left biceps, etc.) but man can first tighten all the muscles of the left half of the body consecutively, then the right half and then midbody. It is important that the tension of the muscles behind a particular system inserted.
