Aqua – Aerobics

Aqua aerobics is engaged in gymnastic exercises in shallow or deep water, which are carried out for well-being and improving or maintaining health. So muscles and stamina are trained optimally and large muscle groups (eg hamstrings) activated but the hinges protected and not burdened. Also helps aqua aerobics to improve the balance assets.
